We truly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing environment, There were no extra garbage bags or countertop cleaning supplies, which we already communicated to the host. Someone also left a pair of socks under the stairs by the hot tub.

This was our second visit, and it surpassed our first visit. Francisco added the firepit and pre-cut firewood since our last visit, and this was a big hit with the kids. We spent nights making s'mores after our long hikes during the day. Also, Francisco added more furniture to the patio area. You can tell that Francisco is a host that goes above and beyond to ensure his guests have a great time by adding new features and being super responsive. Always great to also unwind in the hot tub, and there were many games available for us to enjoy. This is a great cabin for those who want to get away from it all and enjoy nature with family and friends.

Overall stay was great. Owner left comments on a review for me stating that we overstayed after we were told a late checkout would be fine. Not a big deal, but not sure why one would make that known in a review of a client in those regards.

Great stay at this home in Fredericksburg. Clean, plenty of space for our 2 couples, and location was close to main street. The host responded promptly to any questions and checked in with us during the stay to confirm everything was going well. Would stay here again if we ever find our way back to Fredericksburg.

This home was everything we needed for a weekend getaway in Fredericksburg! Lovely home. Clean, cute decor, and close to all the town has to offer. Host was proactive- gave us great recommendations for the town and had clear instructions for the home. We loved grilling in the back yard and enjoyed the hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again!

Francisco’s home was cute as a button and impeccably decorated! Everything was as described and in good working order. The front porch was nice and quaint along with the peaceful backyard and inviting hot tub. We really enjoyed our time in Fredericksburg! Francisco was just a text away and was extremely fast to respond, much appreciated!

This was a great place to stay for a short vacation. The 2 bedroom/2 bath home was exceptionally clean and well decorated. They provided all the comforts of home. The washer and dryer are great for a longer stay! The backyard was so inviting with a hot tub, fire ring with chairs and a Blackstone grill to top it off!! Francisco stayed in contact with us via email at every step so you felt well taken care of and informed. Jump at the chance to stay here!!!

Beautiful home away from home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described and we were very comfortable. Would definitely have made use of the hot tub and yard in cooler months. Francisco was an exceptionally responsive host and we could easily have stayed longer.

Enjoyed my stay at this place. It felt like home to us. The house is very cute inside and out. Outside front and backyard is relaxing and peaceful. Both inside and outside is well kept and clean. Francisco responds fast and was very informative on anything I asked him. Would book this place anytime I’m back In the area.
